Note: Specialized lessons, such as uncommon or industry-specific language or learning topics outside of an average ESL curriculum, may require a higher per lesson fee. Lesson goals will be discussed in the introduction meeting. If applicable, additional fees will be discussed before booking lessons.

Cancellation Policy
A lesson cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled session will forfeit 50% of the session fee. The remaining 50% of the session fee can be applied to a future lesson.
If a learner cancels three sessions within 24 hours of a scheduled session,
no additional lessons will be scheduled after the third canceled session.
Extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case by case basis.
